QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

OS SAFETY EQUIPMENT SL (hereafter referred to as Oscar Sierra) is based in Mallorca, and deals with all Marine Safety equipment Sales and Servicing, in Mallorca and the western Mediterranean.

Oscar Sierra has all the relevant National and Manufacturers approvals since 1997 and is continuously upgrading the range of goods and services.

Oscar Sierra is committed to meet all requirements of its customers and regulatory bodies at a reasonable cost. We aim to provide the best quality service, on time and in budget.
All employees are fully trained and certified by the manufacturers and other relevant bodies and have a responsibility for the quality of service to our customers.

Oscar Sierra actively pursues ever improving quality and business practices throughout the company. We constantly measure our performance. We review business and quality objectives regularly. Regular management meetings are held weekly, were we aim to identify specific objectives and correct any anomalies. The minutes of these meetings are reviewed as part of the internal audit procedure. Oscar Sierra encourages customer feedback and suggestions. Specific objectives for improvement are identified and monitored at ongoing reviews.

All our employees have a responsibility to fulfill the expectations of our customers, to help achieving our company goals and to continuously improve the quality of our products and services.

OS SAFETY EQUIPMENT SL (hereinafter called Oscar Sierra) is based in Mallorca, dedicated to the sale and maintenance of maritime safety equipment in Mallorca and for spread throughout the western Mediterranean.

Oscar Sierra has been approved by the competent National Organizations since 1997. It is also authorized by the main manufacturers of maritime safety equipment, continuously updating the range of products and services offered.

Oscar Sierra is committed to meeting all the requirements of its clients, as well as the requirements of the regulatory bodies and always at a reasonable expense. Our goal is to provide a high quality service, punctual deliveries and a competent cost.
All employees have been trained and licensed by both the manufacturers and the relevant bodies, thus taking responsibility for the quality of service to our customers.

Oscar Sierra constantly seeks improvement in quality and business practices throughout the company. We analyze our activity and regularly review our objectives and quality levels. Weekly management meetings are held to identify specific goals and correct any anomalies. The minutes of these meetings are controlled as part of the internal audit procedure.
