Paul grew up sailing in a family of South African yachties, competing in various coastal, offshore regattas as well as trans-Atlantic races and crossings. After a last-minute invite to deliver a yacht from Antigua to Mallorca, he found a new home in Spain and started his first shore-based job with OscarSierra in 2001. Paul returned to OS in 2023 where his commercial, marketing and client interaction skills combined with yachting experience offers clients a solid point for sales and service.

Paul Allan

Nicola has over 20 years of professional sailing experience worldwide, holding Chief Mate 3000 GT and Master 200 GT qualifications. She has served as chief officer and captain, crosses both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and took part in six-month expedition in the Artic Circle with National Geographic. In 2021 she sustained a severe lumbar spine injury when a deck hatch fell on her, requiring 18 months of recovery to walk again. Her resilience combined with her extensive maritime career, provides clients with a unique, professional and approachable perspective.

Nicola Henson

Since 2003, Óscar has been part of Oscar Sierra, developing his career in all departments of the company. This trajectory has given him a global vision of the business and extensive experience in the field of firefighting, with a specialisation in Dräger and Scott equipment. After two decades of technical work, he is now taking a step forward in the sales team, where he combines his practical knowledge with excellent listening skills. For each customer, this translates into someone who understands first-hand the real needs of a crew and knows how to offer clear, useful and reliable solutions.
